AB-Session - "Straight Talk about Building Your Best ABS, a strong, healhty body and LIFE to go with."

I want to make it clear that my intent is to share what's on my mind at any given moment — and that may not be specific to sculpting a stunning six-pack of abs. I'll be talking about what's inspiring, motivating, confusing or just plain frustrating me. And there'll be no editing or clean up of any sort.
Life at Full Strength - "Random thoughts on family, fatherhood, fitness, fun and living LIFE at FULL STRENGTH!"
While best known for having "the world's best ABS" Shawn is better known by his family, close friends, and co-workers as a hard-working, soft-spoken man with a kind heart and a passion for helping people to enjoy the best of life.

Rick Lemmer: In search of an integral path - "I heard my name called and I am answering that call by continuing in 'the work' of becoming more integrally informed and engaged. If you find some insight or tool from my practice that you can use to enhance the quality of your life then the intention of this blog will have been fulfilled."

Kensho Godchaser - "Goddess Devotionalism and integral spirituality from a thoughtful Pagan"

But what is the Goddess? There is much of her captured in the myths and worships of the past, particularly in the wisdom of great Goddess devotees such as Sri Ramakrishna. But the Goddess we worship is, as Ken Wilber describes, an omega point in our future and not a relic of our past. She is indeed the Creatrix and the Destroyer, the Mistress of all that is. But her essence in our tradition speaks both of transcendence and immanence. She is, indeed, more than this mere world; were this world to disappear or be destroyed, nothing but Goddess would remain.

Just Write: Daily Practice Journal - "This is my daily writing practice journal. I don't intend for this to be a "real" blog, with informative links, news, commentary, etc. All I wish to do is make a daily publicly-viewed commitment to writing something every day of the week, even if it's the worst crap in America. Or the best."
